**Job Title: Automotive Dealer CVR Title Clerk / AP/AR Clerk**

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Automotive Dealer CVR Title Clerk / AP/AR Clerk to join our growing team. This dual-role position requires a candidate who excels in managing vehicle titles and also has a strong aptitude for handling accounts payable and receivable tasks. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial and clerical tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **CVR Title Clerk Duties:**
- Process and manage vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation accurately.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations concerning vehicle titles.
- Collaborate with sales and finance departments to resolve title-related issues promptly.
- Maintain thorough and organized records of all vehicle transactions.

2. **Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Duties:**
- Manage accounts payable including invoice processing, payment disbursal, and vendor communication.
- Oversee accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely invoicing and payment collection.
- Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience as a title clerk or in an automotive dealership setting is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in managing AP/AR processes with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
