**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Collision Body Technician to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in their craftsmanship. As a Collision Body Technician, you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles to recondition them to Bertera’s high standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform accurate and thorough repairs on damaged vehicle bodies, including but not limited to structural components, panels, and other body parts.
- Follow repair orders and ensure all work meets Bertera’s quality standards and specifications.
- Utilize appropriate safety equipment and techniques to minimize risk and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate openly to ensure efficiency and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Use tools and equipment effectively to maximize productivity while maintaining a high standard of work.
- Document all repairs performed and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Collision Body Technician or similar role in an automotive repair environment.
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to understand and execute repair procedures from documentation and diagrams.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to precision in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Certifications in auto body repair (I-CAR, ASE, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
